I'm not clear on your ISP situation to be honest. I'd expect any cellular data to be throttled at some level.
Yeah could be, its Three UK and speeds do vary a lot, I highly suspect they prioritise speedtest sites to get high scores. So long as I know its nothing I can do anything about then that's fine. Downloads already go to one SSD and extract to another as sustained writes bottleneck on the main SSD.
Will see how things change in the next 12 months when hopefully I can get FTTP from an ISP I know doesn't throttle.
