Recently a lot of rot13 encoded headers/files are appearing in comics/manga/anime groups.
Never noticed this before.
Very tiresome.

I call it annoying

Suggestion to Newsbin team: would it be possible to add something like "CTRL+3" ROT13s the selected header/subject?

If it's something more complicated than ROT13, so be it.
But it seems another wave of simple ROT13 header "encryptions" started, and some might be useful

Using Newsbin 6.90 here.
