You mean the data folder?

You can move the entire data folder to a different location. Then edit the Newsbin.nbi file to point to the new location.

1 - In the options, select "Open Data Folder"
2 - Exit Newsbin
3 - Move this folder to a new location.
4 - Edit the Newsbin.nbi" which should be in that folder to reflect the new folder.

[Settings]
DataPath=X:\<New Location Path>\

5 - Save the NBI.

Double-click this NBI to start Newsbin which should register the new location.

I'd recommend backing up the NBI file and maybe all the DB3's in this folder before you start. The NBI contains the lion's share of the options.
