Header data popping up in notepad?

apperently i did someting wrong and now for every header that is downloaded an instance of textpad opens displaying the header content.
How can i switch this off again?

I'm not sure of the sequence. That's normal if you select a post/posts and hit Ctrl-R. Or right click and "read post body".
