Header Question

I'm finding some disconnect between headers I downloaded months or years ago and what is currently available and plan to refresh the headers in several groups.
If I do a "Download All Headers" does that purge the old headers also or should I do a "Deleted Stored Posts" first.

"Download all" purges first. Keep in mind how clean the headers are is dependent on the server. I mean headers are a separate database on the server from the files so, downloading new headers doesn't automatically mean what's in the headers can still be downloaded. At least one of the major servers has been lying about retention for awhile now.
