If I click on one of my watch topics and select "rescan topic" it returns zero results.
If I do a search manually I get some results but nothing new. I just did a search for something that I know has been posted recently (shows up using a different search provider) and the newest result I got with Newsbin was from October 9.
Other searches return zero zero results -- even though I can use a different search provider and see them.

What's going on? Why am I paying for this?
