Expand .7z files in downloads?

Postby horseflesh » Wed Nov 13, 2019 12:21 am

I am getting a lot of stuff coming down as .7z files these days. The files unzip fine but doing it manually is a drag. Would be nice to have them auto-expanded as we have with other archives.

It's not going to make 6.82 but it's on my todo list.

Thanks for that Quade. I have an Autohotkey script that does the hunting for residual 7Z files and uncompresses them for me, but any time I can just leave it to the pro, I'm happy.

Same here. I have to manually unzip with 7z.

It'll be in when the next beta cycle starts up. I'm already using it for some things but it's not integrated into autopar yet.
