Error check filename

I get error checkfilename error default path used. I look at the path and it looks right to me.

My download path is blank on my downloading files window.

How are you downloading? Headers, NZB Files or our search engine? The reason I ask is all of those modes can have their own download and unrar path set. My suspicion is you have a download path set somewhere, which is not the main download path and that's why you're getting this error.
