After updating my PC Newsbin Pro 6.82B7 Build 5109 won't d/l .nzbs or group post updates. I restored functionality by restoring to previous (August) Restore Point. Anybody have any ideas about which update to forgo or ???

What are the symptoms? No connection to the news server? Are there any errors in Newsbin?

Typically something like this is related to security software. I wonder if the patch broke some integration with the security software you're using?

I'm running Win7 Pro 64 bit with all the latest updates and am having no problems at all with downloads and nzbs on the latest NBPro beta.
