Thumbnails not appearing?

Thumbnails are not appearing the thumbnail panel. In the thumbs 'Current Progress' column the background is yellow and the are 1, 2 or many vertical black lines in the progress of the download? I've tried a bunch of JPG's from different groups, current dates but same problem - Thoughts Appreciated, FB

I've spent a bunch of time trying to remedy this, but don't have a clue about a solution?

Well then, just reinstalled Newsbin for the second time and WHAM problem solved, downloading fine. I dislike it when I haven't figured out what the problem was,and it goes away Image link not allowed for unregistered users . Hope you guys are well and happy . . .

You should never have to re-install. At worst maybe delete some old data files. Newsbin writes the image to disk, then re-reads it to show the thumbnail. I've never seen it not work here so I don't know why you're having problems.

Are the files renaming or something like that?
