Is it possible to resume an "all headers download"?

example:

There are 200 million headers in the group and I started downloading it last night. After 24 hours, I'm at 175 million mark and suddenly my Windows machine BSOD.

Can I restart the header download where I stopped? I am looking at the options and the most suitable seems to be "Download latest" but reading the manual (https://help.newsbin.com/index.php/Downloading_Headers), I'm not sure if this is what I want.

If you do a download latest then Newsbin should resume from the point it previously reached
