Download to New Folder behaving oddly in 6.81

I just upgraded to 6.81 (build 5080) to resolve a minor issue but now I've encountered another issue - still minor but different

In 6.81 suddenly the "Download to New Folder" option no longer defaults to creating its new folder in the regular newsbin download folder. Instead it wants to create its new folder under whatever the last new folder had been.

Yeah, we're aware of this thanks. You have to step up one folder in that window to get the old behavior.

I might have already fixed it. It's on the todo either way.
