Download to the Existing Folder option?

After I have selected the items I want to download I click on my touchpad right toolbar and I am given several options. I usually choose the one in the title (Download to the Existing Folder).

My question is there a way to set it up so that popup "Save As" screen always opens up to the right of the Subject Column. I know this may sound (anal) and I can just as easily move the Save As screen to my desired location I just get tired of moving it. You can call me lazy. So What!
