what is cache what does it do?

My nb stopped downloading when my cache was 400/400. What is cash and how do I get it to empty?

What version are you using?
Cache is used to temporarily store parts of the file download in RAM. 400/400 means it's empty. which is what you'd expect when the downloading part completes.
