V6.80B6 Unrar

When v6.80B6 unrars it ignores the rar's internal directory structure.
All the files get placed into one folder.
This can result in a useless mess.
I have had to turn off Unrar.
Is there a setting or trick that I am missing.
I have installed Newsbin on two different computers, the same thing happens on both.
