Downloads are disappearing from download files section.

Postby Sevro » Thu Jun 29, 2017 10:58 pm

I am using version 6.73, this only happens with certain files. After a few minutes or sometimes even a few seconds a file I have set to download by using a NZB file just disappears. There is no error give in failed files or the Loggins section of Newsbing.

I have disabled all the spam filter settings and the problem is still happening. Sometimes a few files will show up files list section but the rest are not there like they have never existed.

Normally, if I have a problem I will see it listed as a failed file or in logging saying the file is not on the server.

Any ideas?

im dealing with the same issue (6.73, win7 up to date)

im not sure but i think it may happen when the files which are loaded by the nzb file arent in the right order - like most times they are: r.01 r.02 r.03 etc and then the pars in the end but when there are pars for a sample or a sub or something at the beginning of the list newsbin checks the file and somehow thinks the download is finished after dling and checking it.

i manually paused all the .par files a few times and then the download works as it should - maybe that is a hint.

i got no error message in the logging window and no failed files eitehr so i'm not sure where to check for more info

I'd give 6.80B5 a try and see if it still does it.
