I've also seen two CTD just when starting header downloads on 6.80B2 on Windows 10 64-bit, both times it was pretty much immediately after the download started (perhaps it's a race somewhere around the start). Looks like I'm the third person reporting this.
The older crash was with MS Defender as AV, the second time I had whitelisted both the entire NBP directory and the executable so it really shouldn't be due to AV. The "signature" of the two crashes are different, it's unclear if that's due to chance or because I effectively disabled Defender for it.
Will try disabling XFeatures and see if that helps but it doesn't crash on every header download so it might take some time to find out unless it does crash...
