How do I download a complete listing of Newsgroups to review?

Click on Options - click on add groups in the drop down list - a pop up window appears. Click on download list from server - click on refresh list after download and you will have every group provided by your server.

You can filter the list in the filter box eg. books or films or tv etc. then I usually sort the resulting list by size to find the more popular groups of that particular genre.
