Enable Filters Hides All Posts - need help

My group tab shows thousands of posts/headers. As soon as I click the yellow Enable/Disable Filters Button in the top toolbar, all posts disappear even though no filters are set. All the drop-downs read "None" or are blank. I would expect that with nothing configured here, all posts would show - until I selected something from a menu. Is that correct? Why did all my headers disappear?

Uncheck the filter. Does the status column show a filter reason?

No - it does not. I ended up completely uninstalling NewsBin and manually cleaning up the uninstall by deleting the hidden folders. Reinstalled 6.73RC2, added in the 'kill spam poster' group filter, redownloaded all headers (minus the spam) and it seems to be working fine now. I think it was because the recent spam added millions of headers - NewsBin was just choking trying to figure out what to display.
