using M S Surface no right click with pen

touch and hold in download list etc.. does not equal right click like it does everywhere else. with pen or finger.

i would try on my other touchscreen computers, but currently not available to me, so don't know if it is Surface Pro 4 specific or touchscreen general problem

The whole "long click to right click" should be a windows thing. I shouldn't have to do anything extra to make it work. I won't really know though till I try it.

For now, you can probably access the same functionality through the menu too.

absolutely is a windows thing, but something in NBPro appears to be preventing normal function of long press to bring up context menu. ALL other windows including here in this forum box I am typing in now works as expected. I am sure it will not be a top priority but hoping curiosity will be tweaked and you will be on the look out for cause.
