Disappearing files in file list

I'm using V 6.72 build 4776 on Windows 10 Home 64bit. Graphics card is Nvidia GTX1060. Occasionally downloaded files disappear from the downloaded files list leaving only the date column data which says 17078d:08h:17m On mouse clicking each blank location the files reappear and will open.
