Cannot install: Download fails, no content length specified

Hiya,

I'm trying to upgrade to 6.72 from 6.71. When I run the installer I get the message, "Download failed: Server did not specify content length." At this point I can only cancel the install. I've tried everything I can think of except completely deleting my current install, any suggestions?

I asked Dex about it. He hasn't gotten back to me yet.

I just installed it here with no issue. I wonder if your security software is messing with the connection?

I am not able to recreate this issue. What Internet Security software are you running? Often odd issues like this point to a software conflict.

Hmm, interesting. I haven't changed anything in the few months since I last upgraded. No virus scanning or security software on the server itself, it's W2K12 Home Server going through an ISA Server 2006 firewall. I'll poke around in the logs there to see if I can find anything.

Workaround would be to download the full installer that doesn't need Internet access to install the executables.
