RC3 Header Download Issue

I have a GoG called TV. There are several groups in the GoG, some enabled, some disabled.

If I click the main "download the latest group updates" icon it only updates headers for the enabled groups.
If I click the smaller "download the latest group updates" (next to the search box) it updates the headers for all groups, even the disabled ones.

RC3 has been superseded. I recommend updating to the release before trying to trouble-shoot this.
