V 6.61 hide incompletes?

Just upgraded to 6.61 now incomplete posts are all highlighted. How do you disable highlighting incomplete posts?

Used to be simple checkbox in previous versions, seems to be moved or gone now.

I'm running 6.62 and the Hide Incomplete switch is gone from settings options???? Is there another method to hide incomplete messages now?
