Failed files with no error message

I think this is a carry-over from the released version where files are failing to download and appear in the Failed Files list, but without any Error message to indicate why. I do see some messages in the Logging tab that say: ALWAYS Chunk Filter: Content Filter Plugin. But these could be from earlier downloads.

Yes indeed, which is in return a carry-over from beta's pre 6.62. There's where I encountered it for the first time.
