Newsbin 6.62 downloadrate with ssl

Hello Guys.
I use the SSl Feature with port 563

I have an Problem with the new 6.62 from November 18, 2015.
My Downloadrate dropped down to Zero and than i take a while and than it goes to 50Mbps and than to Zero.
Up and down ,up and down.
Okay now i have installed the older one nb656 and it works fine.
No more up and down.

It stalls the download when unraring so the RAR runs at full speed. 6.56 doesn't. Downloading the way 6.56 does will be back in a future version.
