How about stopping that, manually update headers from time to time and see if the lost chunks problem goes away? It sounds like most or all of the people with the lost cache blocks are using automatic header downloads.

Just updated to the release and now I cant delete the image tab out of the GOG and open groups dock. Is there something im missing to get det rid of this?

Not 100% sure what you mean. The "Lock" button will prevent some tabs from closing.

I let the system run for the last couple of days. It ran to 0/6000 8 or 9 times. I kept the Chunks directory open and monitored it. It never had any entries greater than 24 hours, but the number got as high as 30,000 files. As I did a Help/About the number in the Chunks folder would go up by many thousand.

The downloads would continue and then it'd hit 0/6000 again. Repeated the process. Each time it flushed 1000s of chunks into the folder.

After all downloads are done and a Help/About run, the memory is only 1278/6000. Nothing in the download list...

So, any ideas?

Since the last update I havent had a single issue. Not sure what was causing my stoppage but you seemed to have gotten the kinks out!
