Posts Would Not Fill, NZBs Filled

Had something happen with three Posts last evening.

- The three Posts appeared in the Download List from the Watch_List set to AutoDownload as normal.
- NB tried to download as usual, but could not as too many Rar parts were missing (Black Bars at the end of the Progress Bars). Same for all three Posts.
- Downloaded Headers for this Group several times trying to get the Posts parts to fill, but would not.
- Tried twice to force fill by downloading the previous 100K Older Posts...no joy.
- While the tree Posts were still in the Download List showing incomplete, loaded the associated NZBs for the same three files.
- Clicked on the + Sign for each of the NZBs and instantaneously, the file parts were there.
- Original Posts in the Download List and in the Post List still showed missing Rar Parts.
- Did a Ctrl-Y on all three NZBs for the affected Posts and all the files for each Post downloaded and assembled. I believe NB used some of the already downloaded parts to complete the NZBs.

Any idea why the initial Posts did not fill, but the NZBs worked? Didn't seem like a 'Dynamic' issue we've discussed before because each NZB showed all Rar parts while the original still did not in all three cases.

Black means "the data is missing" What this means is that the files added to the download list didn't have all the data needed for download yet. The question might be, would the next cycle of header downloads have filled in the missing data? If this happens again, you might try manually updating the headers, loading the watch list and then try re-adding the files to the download list from the watch list. See if that fills them in the same way the NZB did.

There's a disconnect between headers which is just a current snapshot of what's in the group with the NZB which contains what the poster intends to put into the group. Basically the NZB is complete because it's generated before the file is posted but with automatic downloads and headers, what Newsbin see is just what's actually in the group which isn't complete yet.
