Downloading Par/Unrar problems

I'm having an issue that started yesterday. I was using version 6.4 and thought upgrading to the newest version would help but it doesn't seem to be. Here is the problem. I have a watchlist setup and newsbin detects the nzb file just fine and starts downloading. It seems to download the full file without any issues but then it stops without unraring. Now what Newsbin displays shows the full file size/full file size as having downloaded and no files show incomplete. However, when I run quickpar, it tells me that most of the files are missing blocks and there are not enough to complete. So essentially Newsbin is showing the full download as being successful and quickpar shows that it is not. If I erase all of the files and try downloading the NZB file again, it will usually work the second time around. Anyone know what may be causing this?
