Lots of header downloads + speed limter = crash

If I download all headers with speed limiter enabled, Newsbin crashes. With speed limited disabled, no crashes.

Headers are comping from 3 servers, two with compression, one without.

Build 4163. Happy to upload logs or anything else you need.
