V6.60 - UnRAR from menu and deletion of parts

Postby JesseKnows » Fri Jul 31, 2015 8:27 am

Hello,

I am pretty sure I've seen this before 6.60, but I did see it just now:
I have automatic deletion of parts after UnRAR enabled, and it usually works after AutoUnRAR.
This time, AutoUnRAR failed on a file because the target drive was full. I made room, right clicked on the file in the Downloading pane, and selected AutoPAR/UnRAR/JoinFiles. The file was UnRARed to the target directory, but the parts were not deleted from the download directory.
Is there a separate control for that to happen? Is it a bug or a feature?

Thanks

J

Weird things happen when you run out of disk space. The question at this point is whether it happens when you don't run out of disk space. I'm wondering if "out of disk space" triggered the loss of the internal state that tracks the RARS. I meant to test this but got distracted by other things.

When you unrar manually it's supposed to follow the standard delete rules.
