New server - downloading headers

When I add a new server it downloads headers from the dawn of time...

How do I reset it so that only new headers from this point forward are downloaded?

"Download Age".

You have to set it before you've downloaded any headers though. If you've already hit the server, you might need to select the groups, right click "Post Storage/Use Download Age" to reset the groups. Then download headers.
