I just upgraded to 6.60b12 from nb6.51 and I use Orange on black as my system colors so I don't have a big white screen staring me in the face hurting my eyes. The Posts and download panes are ignoring this setting. NB 6.5x did not have this problem please fix as there is no option to change those colors.

In the NBI File
Setting it to zero will make it stop setting a background color.
WIll enable and disable the grid lines too.
[COLORS]
UseBackgroundColor = 0/1
