Files selected for download are not starting. They show as queued in the group list, but never transfer to the download list that I can see. I am using Windows 7 if that matters for anything.

In the options, select "Open Data Folder" then close Newsbin. Now delete "Downloads.db3" then restart. See if anything happens. This will delete the download wish and failed lists.
I missed the actual problem initially so, my prior advice was wrong. Are you adding from search, header downloads or NZB files?
