(svchost mainly according to Task Manager).
Newsbin doesn't actually use svchost for anything. It suggests something else is using this RAM. I had 7000 items in my files lists and moved them all to a different folder using windows Explorer. Newsbin just exited normally. I'm assuming you're using Windows to move the files and not Newsbin. It's not really clear though.
I've been trying to reproduce it in 6.60. I moved a bunch of files in explorer then restarted. Then I moved a bunch of files in Newsbin's files list and restarted. I haven't managed to trigger it yet. The Svchost thing makes me wonder if it's security software working hard after the move.
