Download List Lookahead reached

With 6.54 RC1 (build 3322) (64 bit) I am getting lots of these:

ERROR Download List Lookahead reached - Nothing downloadeable currently

And nothing is being downloaded unless moved to the top of the download list. The download list itself contains lots of paused stuff.

Is it a new limitation for 64-bit (!!!) version?
I haven't seen such error messages before, first encountered in 6.54 RC1 even though the download list had all the same paused items also with the previous version.

Notice, that the verb is not "downloade" but "download", so this "e" has no business appearing. It should be "downloadable".
Even when the verb ends with "e", most often it is dropped, especially in USA: write - writable, compare - comparable, like - likable. In UK - "likeable", though.

Lookahead limits have been in there forever. Lookahead limits in 6.54 are 3000 items. Not sure what they are in 6.53.

Are you pausing these paused files or are they retrying? Manually paused items should be ignored by lookahead but, I'm not sure they are.

This has nothing to do with 64 bits or not. The code is identical between 32 and 64 bits. You could move your 3000 paused items to the bottom.

They are explicitly paused, clearly they are counted too.

Oh well, 6.54 just came out so, it's too late to fix this for now. I can look into it in 6.60. You're going to have to keep the paused files below the downloading files.
