Strange Crash

When I booted up my machine this morning and went to update all the headers NB kept crashing every time. After checking the forums for clues I ended up deleting the db3 files that were last updated yesterday. This didn't stop the crashing when updating headers.
I then deleted the header tracking db3 but NB crashed again with a new twist - I have 3 servers in my configuration Virginmedia. EasynewsEU and EasynewsUS, and NB only downloaded headers from Virgin and EasynewsUS but not from EasynewsEU.

I kept copies of my nbi and workspace.xml files and removed NB and did a complete reinstall. It's running ok now.

Something I noticed since the re-install.

In the 'Groups Tab' in the 'Filter Profile' column all the groups/GOG (except Unsorted and Customs List) are showing None even though I have enabled the Global profile for each group in the properties for each group. If I right click on a group and go to properties it shows that the Global profile is enabled.

Global profile always applies to all groups. It doesn't need to be assigned to them. The field is for filter profiles that aren't "global".
