If I have to manually UnRAR something via right click, it's not respecting my KeepFilestamp=1 setting.
Not sure if this is new or not because I just noticed it.

IMO this behaviour (preserving timestamp) should be default, or at least an option in the UI rather than hidden. It is the default behaviour of WinRAR
Remember, you can always add a "Created On" column to Explorer to see which downloads/files were added to a folder most recently.
