Add an Option to Download Incompletes Automatically

Previous program nb432 seems to download files nb652 won't do. Many times I have missed a perfectly good picture that nb652 series would label as incomplete, red you know. When I say download in-completes on that file it comes in. Would it be possible to have, a checked option within "Options", on "ran out of retries" to simply download any file that failed as an incomplete file.

Most people don't want damaged files so, that's why this doesn't happen by default. It used to just assemble what it had but, it made people unhappy.

Now it only assembles incomplete files that also have PAR files because that's the only way an incomplete file can become complete. The images you're assembling might look of but, in all likelihood they're missing parts of the bottom of the image.
