Missing first 10-12 parts (50MB) of large multi-part posts!?

In the last couple of months I've noticed that certain posts were missing a large number of parts at the beginning. I assumed it was just a posting issue, but I finally had time and thought I'd investigate. I was going to switch to a new news service, but I thought I'd download a FREE newsreader to try and see if I was having the same issue.

I'm on Powerusenet and have been for years. I've been using Newsbin for 10 years. I downloaded "Newflash" to try. First, let me tell you that your app is much better (even given some time to figure the other one out). However, the same posts were complete and not missing these parts. I should also mention that when I do an Internet search in Newsbin it finds these same posts complete and in the exact same newsgroup that I'm trying to download from. It sounds like something is screwed up.

What do I need to do to fix? Detailed instructions please...

What's your "Storage Age" set to?

Yesterday, Today, Last Week--all relatively new.

What's your "Storage Age" set to? 1800

I'd right click the group, select "Post Storage/Use Download Age" then set the "Download Age" to 30 days. Then download headers normally. It should re-pull the last 30 days worth. Sounds like you're missing headers.
