version 6.50 autopar not run on self-assembling pars

Since I upgraded to 6.50 I have noticed many repairable sets being removed from the download list even thought they are not repaired. These are par sets which when run through quickpar would produce the final file, that is the parts assemble in quickpar, no rar necessary. I dimly remember something like this happening with an earlier upgrade which was fixed by falling back to an old autopar lib, or something like that. Any ideas?

6.50's been superseded. I'd actually recommend the 6.52 beta over the current release.
