Test download of posts comes back after Newsbin restart

I've tried this a couple of times with the same result.

I have a RAR+PAR set that I do a "Test Download Files" on.
After about 25% with no missing articles, I'm satisfied and remove it from the download list.
I re-add the set for actual downloading.
Exit Newsbin.
Restart Newsbin.
The set is automatically re-added to the download list as a test download instead of the actual file download.

If I let it complete the download test then everything behaves properly.

I've seen this twice so far. Not a big deal but probably shouldn't be happening.
