Location of Selected Groups

Hi
I am changing machines for Newsbin and I do not want to go through all the groups again to select the ones I normally use in the new installation.
Where is the current list of selected groups held so that I can copy it over to the new installation.

but the short answer to your question is the subscribed groups are stored in the .nbi file.
