Downloaded files not being marked

I find that any files in 6.50 are not being marked as downloaded,in 6.42 it works properly,is there any setting I'm missing?If i reinstall 6.42 then the files are shown as being downloaded with the green color.I do get the message that the files have already been downloaded in 6.50 if i try to download them again but not the green color for downloaded posts.

I have the same issue with 6.51 - Already downloaded files are marked until i close newsbin.
When i open newsbin again already downloaded files doesn't show the green icon
Is there any setting i'm missing in 6.51?
