Update all groups and open group tabs?

Hi,
In the Groups folder I have three folders with multiple groups in each folder. Currently, I click of each folder which opens a tab and updates the groups in each folder and displays the new posts to it's respective tab. I do this three times to get the three tabs open for display. Is there a way to do this process automatically? I do see an option to update all groups but I'd like that to open a tab per set of groups. Any way to set up a macro button?

You can update them all by clicking the "Download Latest" button on the main toolbar. It's the 3rd one in from the left. There is no mechanism to open tabs that were already open on restart. I can look into it though.
