6.50 RC3 Task Bar Freeze

I right click on Newsbin icon to put it on my task bar, it will freeze when trying to start from Task Bar, I would have to Task Kill it, then use the icon on the desktop to start it..

I'll try it. Wonder if it's not being started from the install folder so it can't find its DLL's?

for some reason it just did it on my desktop, double clicked then nothing, tried again nothing, went into task, and it's already loaded in there, killed it, then tried again and it worked....
