Program similiar to hjsplit works as a splitter and joiner

There are a few people who still use split files that need joiner software. I was interested in adding a program
that was compatible to NB. I would like my whole operation in NB to be seamless. I know I am probably
asking for a miracle.

When you generate PAR files, you can tell QuickPar to split the files. Newsbin will rejoin and repair them automatically.
