Version 6.50 Release Candidate 2 Available...

Release Candidate 2 fixes a crash issue and has a couple of other small changes.

Summary:

• Fixed issue where editing an existing server and clicking "Requires Login" caused crash
• Fixed issue where rescan in local mode didn't show any results
• Now pads out incomplete files using the size of the previous chunk
• Shuffled ID3 tag order to put TCOM after the TPE's
