Receive all PARs before RARs

I'm new and using 6.42
When I read a NZB with Newsbin, then the PAR files will be placed on top in the download list.
When Newsbin starts to download it does first download all PARs and then the RARs.
When Newsbin nears the last RARs, then Newsbin starts to make the last RARs from the PARs.
Meanwhile Newsbin goes on to download the rest of the RARs too.
Agressive is not on!

How can I change the behaviour to "normal"?

I guess the question is whether 6.50 has the same symptoms. In my case, the pars don't all downloads before the files so, I'd guess that it might be fixed already.
