6.5 not resuming

Yes, i have looked at the other similar posts but none of them have been resolved.
If i close newsbin before it finishes downloading it does not resume when newsbin is restarted, the file goes to the failed tab with a duplicate error and when i attempt to force download it starts over from the beginning. It does not resume where it left off.
Please fix this.
Also why can't each file be moved or deleted without the whole post being affected. eg. if i want to move the par files to the wish list i would just highlight said files and send them, now the whole post is sent to the wish list. This is extremely annoying especially seeing that newsbin used to do these things with ease.

I'd try 6.50B14. The fix for 6.42 will be to eventually upgrade anyway. B14's pretty good.
